What we own inside a project.
Storage & Warehousing
Our own laydown / storage yard and 50-ton in-yard crane: stage long-lead and over-dimensional cargo, handle it in-house, release to site in sequence.
On-Site Coordination
Receiving, spotting, placement, and schedule integration with the customer’s site team. The part of the project most providers leave at the gate.
Scope Wrap-Up
Final document package, demobilization, equipment returns, customer sign-off. Project closed, not just delivered.
Heavy Lift & OOG / Dimensional Cargo
Cargo over standard limits: weight, height, width, or length. Vessel and trailer selection, lift planning, rigging, sea-fastening.
Export Packing
Crating, blocking, bracing, sea-fastening, moisture protection, photo documentation, packing certificates. Sized to the route, not the warehouse.
Crane Coordination & Management
Origin and destination crane planning and supervision: crane selection, rigging plans, lift sequencing, on-site direction.
Rental Equipment Management
Cranes, trailers, gantries, jacking systems, specialist equipment. Sourced, scheduled, returned. Accounted for in scope wrap-up.
