One team owns the outcome. First lift to last mile.
Project logistics is more than moving freight. It’s coordinating every carrier, permit, route, crane, schedule, and site requirement around one execution plan. LGX manages the entire operation through completion.
Trust & proof
$700M+
in Customer Assets Under Logistics Management
More than $700 million in customer-owned equipment currently moves through LGX-managed warehousing and distribution programs. From inbound transportation and receiving through inventory oversight, release coordination, and final delivery, LGX serves as a single point of control across the logistics lifecycle.

Three ways we move freight. One that defines us.
We lead with large project and heavy-haul logistics. Forwarding is the connective tissue across borders. Day-to-day domestic freight keeps moving on a fast, direct path.
Project & Heavy-Haul Logistics
End-to-end orchestration of large projects: crane, lift plan, permits, route, and multi-truck sequencing converging on the same day, with LGX coordinators on site through completion. We don’t sell you the cheapest truck. We own the whole project.
Explore project logistics →International Freight Forwarding
Import, export, and cross-border: consultative, lane- and mode-literate. Ocean FCL primary, air for time-critical scope, in-house and partner capacity per project. Customs entry by partner.

Open deck (flatbed, step deck), hotshots, and standalone heavy-haul loads on a clean, transactional path. Recurring lanes welcome. No project intake required.
Fast path Send the load or call usHow we work
The crane, the permits, the route, the trucks. Lined up on the same day, in the right order.
A large move isn’t a single shipment. It’s a sequence that has to converge. We own the sequence.
01
Crane & lift plan
The lift is engineered first: crane selection, ground bearing, rigging, and the lift plan that everything else has to serve.
02
Permits
Over-dimensional and over-weight permits, routing approvals, and their lead times, started early so they never become the critical path.
03
Route
Route survey, bridge and overhead clearances, escorts and pilot cars, timing windows. The plan the trucks actually run.
04
Sequenced trucks
Multi-truck moves staged to arrive in the order the site can receive them. Not all at once, not out of sequence.
05
On site through completion
LGX people on site coordinating the receiving crane, the spotting, the placement, and the scope close-out.
Through every stage you have one point of accountability: the LGX project lead. That’s the difference between a vendor stack and a single team that owns the outcome.
See how we work →Why LGX
We don’t run a fixed fleet. We run the project.
Asset-light on transportation is a feature, not an apology. We arrange the right equipment for each job instead of forcing your cargo to fit a fleet we happen to own. We back it with real iron where it matters.
Owns no trucks, owns the outcome
We arrange and broker carrier capacity, matching the trailer, crane, and crew to the scope: flatbed, step deck, RGN, multi-axle, charter.
In-house laydown & storage yard
Stage, store, and consolidate project cargo on our own ground instead of paying demurrage or scrambling for space.
50-ton in-yard crane
Receive, handle, and load heavy and dimensional cargo in our own yard, on our schedule.
Our people on site
Coordinators on the ground through completion. Not a tracking number and a phone tree.
Industries
Where the hard moves are.
We work where capital projects and over-dimensional cargo concentrate, led by the buildout reshaping power and compute.
Data Center & Power Infrastructure
Switchgear, transformers, cooling and generator sets for hyperscaler capex and data-center buildouts: procurement through on-site placement.
Data center & power →Energy & Midstream
Upstream, midstream, downstream, LNG, and petrochemical capital projects and turnarounds: pressure vessels, compressor packages, modular units.
Energy & midstream →Industrial / Plant Projects
Plant builds and expansions, module yards, pipe and pressure vessel, heavy steel, inbound and outbound to project sites.

National and international. Project by project.
We’re based in Humble, Texas, and we run project cargo wherever the work is. The lanes below are proof we do this regularly, not the edge of the map.
LGX coordinates project and heavy-haul moves across the United States and internationally, planning each scope from the customer’s site backward through whichever origin the project requires.
