Crane & lift plan
The lift is engineered first: crane selection, ground bearing, rigging, and the lift plan that everything else has to serve.

Over-dimensional and over-weight permits, routing approvals, and their lead times, started early so they never become the critical path.

Route
Route survey, bridge and overhead clearances, escorts and pilot cars, timing windows. The plan the trucks actually run.

Sequenced trucks
Multi-truck moves staged to arrive in the order the site can receive them. Not all at once, not out of sequence.
